Upon termination for violation of Terms, idc188 may withhold any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings, as liquidated damages. This is not a penalty but a reasonable pre-estimate of damages caused by Terms violations.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. After 12 months of inactivity, idc188 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to cover account maintenance costs. After 24 months of inactivity with zero balance, accounts may be permanently closed.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which idc188 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and idc188.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognized arbitration body.
